As while as Dandim Tipe A 0830/Surabaya Utara, Kolonel Arh Putut Witjaksono said that the introduction of distater handling is very important for all units of its district.
He also said that the climate isnot being so friendly, it was as kept as an attention for himself to ask all soldiers for give understanding to sociaty about a way of handling the distater we must be wary in facing this such climate, he said in stressing
